Landscaping
Housing schemes and colonies
Avenue palms, green belts, roundabouts and park planting, grown to order and installed at volume.
Scheme planting is a supply problem. The design is rarely complicated — avenues, belts, roundabouts — but the quantities are large, the programme is fixed, and the stock has to be uniform or the avenue looks wrong for decades.
We grow to order for this. Given notice, a run of several hundred matched palms or ashoka can be held on the benches and released as each phase is ready, rather than bought in from whoever has stock that week.
Typical scale
Bulk supply, by request
Grown to order against your programme. Tell us the quantities and the phasing and we will reserve the stock.
Every job is quoted after a site visit. There is no price list for this work — the cost follows the site, the access and the planting.

How this work runs
Grown to order and held
Matched stock reserved against your programme and released phase by phase.
Avenue and green belt planting
Set out at consistent centres, with the same grade of plant along the whole run.
Delivery at volume
Railway goods or our own transport, scheduled against the site programme.
Establishment period
Watering and replacement through the first season, written into the contract.
The commonest mistake
Buying scheme stock on the open market phase by phase. Three phases from three suppliers never match, and it shows for decades.
Six stages, every job
You sign off at each one. Nothing is planted before the drawing is agreed.
- 01
Site visit
We come and look. Aspect, soil, drainage, existing trees, what the neighbours’ walls do to the light, and what you actually want to use the space for.
- 02
Plan and quote
A planting plan with species and quantities, and an itemised cost covering plants, materials, labour and delivery. Nothing is ordered until you have agreed it.
- 03
Ground works
Levelling, drainage, bed construction, irrigation lines and hard landscaping. The unglamorous half, and the half that decides whether the garden survives.
- 04
Planting
Stock comes straight from our nursery, so it is not sitting on a lorry for a week first. Planted, staked, mulched and watered in by our own team.
- 05
Handover
A written care schedule for everything planted, and a walk-through so you know what needs doing and when.
- 06
Aftercare
A follow-up visit at one month and three months is included. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.
