A 10-inch pot and a six-foot washingtonia are not the same delivery problem, so we do not price them the same way. Pick the network that suits what you have ordered — the cost updates as you choose.
Door to door, anywhere in Pakistan
Standard parcel courier. The plant is boxed, braced and handed to you at your door, and you get a tracking number when it leaves us. Works for anything up to a 12-inch pot — above that the box is beyond what a courier will carry.

Fast and cheap between cities
Inter-city coach cargo. Far cheaper than courier for anything large, and usually faster — an evening booking in Lahore is in Karachi the next day. You collect from the terminal cargo office and we send you the booking number and the coach details.

For heavy loads and tall stock
Pakistan Railways goods service. The only sensible way to move palms, trees and large landscape orders long distances — it takes weight and height that no courier or coach will accept, and the cost per plant drops sharply on bigger orders.

Our own vehicle and our own team. For specimen trees, landscape projects and anything you want positioned rather than dropped at a gate. Within Punjab we quote a flat run; elsewhere it depends on distance and access.

How we size an order
Your basket takes the size band of its largest item. One palm in an order of small plants means the whole order travels as freight.
10 and 12 inch pots — fits a standard courier box.
18 inch pots and tall plants — too big for a courier, fine on a bus.
24 inch pots and up, palms and trees — rail or our own truck.

Our own transport is quoted by hand — it depends on distance, access and how much unloading is involved. There is never a charge until you have agreed the figure.
Before anything is packed we confirm the address, agree the delivery method, and check someone will be there. Plants sitting in a depot over a weekend is the worst thing that can happen to them.
Watered thoroughly the evening before, then drained overnight. A saturated pot in a sealed box in July is a rot risk; a bone-dry one will not survive four days.
The mix is bagged at the pot rim so it cannot escape and moisture stays where the roots are. Palms and trees have the root ball wrapped in hessian instead.
Perforated sleeve over the leaves, shredded card packed around the pot. Palm crowns are tied up so the fronds cannot catch and tear.
Whether it is a courier tracking number, a coach cargo booking or a rail consignment number, you get it the day it leaves.
If a plant arrives damaged, broken or in poor condition, send us a photograph within 7 days of delivery. We replace it on the next dispatch, or refund it in full — your choice. Palms we deliver and plant ourselves carry a twelve-month establishment guarantee instead.
Send a photograph of the plant as it came out of the box, with your order reference, to WhatsApp or info@bhattiplantstraders.com. No forms, no returns process — we do not ask you to send a damaged plant back.
Anything over four feet moves by rail or on our own transport, and is quoted per consignment. The cost per tree falls sharply with quantity.
