Frequently asked questions

Almost all of them are photographs of our own stock in the size listed, taken at the nursery. A small number of listings lead with a studio illustration showing the plant and pot shape — those are labelled “Illustration” on the image itself, and the photographs behind them are ours. Plants are living things and no two are identical, so expect small differences in leaf count and shape. For anything over Rs 10,000, and for all specimen trees, we photograph the actual plant allocated to your order and send it to you before dispatch. You can decline it if it is not right.

Usually, yes. We hold far more on the benches than we list, and stock changes weekly. Call or message with what you are after and we will send a photograph the same day if we have it.

No. You can order a single Rs 200 plant if you want to. Delivery is a flat Rs 350 and free over Rs 5,000.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Send the site details or the brief and we will quote with quantities and a delivered price. Trade terms are available for regular volume.

Cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or bank transfer if you prefer. We do not take card payments on the site and we never ask for card details over the phone or on WhatsApp.

No. Placing an order on the site does not charge you anything. We call to confirm the order and the delivery details first, and payment happens either on delivery or by transfer once confirmed.

We dispatch in 1–2 working days. Transit is next day within Lahore, two to three days across Punjab, and three to five days to Karachi. Balochistan and remote areas take longer and are quoted per order.

For almost everything we sell, yes. Foliage plants, succulents and cacti travel very well. Ferns and calatheas are the most sensitive and we will not dispatch them to Karachi in June — we will tell you and suggest an alternative rather than send something that will not make it.

Yes, and we would encourage it if you are near Lahore — you can pick the actual plant. Call ahead so we have it ready and can make sure the person who grows it is around to talk to you.

Anything over four feet goes on our own transport within Punjab, and by freight elsewhere. It is quoted individually because it depends on size, access and distance. Call before ordering.

Almost certainly not. A few days in a dark box, then a sudden change in light and humidity, causes some leaf drop and yellowing in most plants. Keep conditions steady, do not repot for at least a month, and do not water more in an attempt to help. It settles within two to three weeks.

No — wait at least a month. The plant is already dealing with a change of environment; disturbing the roots on top of that is what turns transit shock into a real problem. Everything ships in a mix that will support it for months.

We guarantee it arrives in good condition — that is the 7-day live arrival guarantee. We cannot guarantee it against conditions we do not control after that. But if a plant is struggling, send us a photograph. We will tell you what we think is wrong and how to fix it, for as long as you own it, whether or not it is our fault.

Filter by "Safe around pets" in the shop. Broadly: palms, ferns, calathea, haworthia, rosemary and most cacti are non-toxic; all aroids (pothos, monstera, syngonium, alocasia, dieffenbachia), sansevierias, euphorbias and adenium are not. Euphorbia sap in particular is genuinely caustic and should be kept well away from animals and children.
