Delivery by courier, bus cargo, railway goods or our own truck — cost depends on the plants and the method

Landscaping

Commercial and offices

Entrance planting, atrium specimens and interior schemes with a maintenance contract.

Offices want the planting to look the same in month eighteen as it did at handover. That is a maintenance question more than a design one, which is why we quote the two together.

Entrances carry the specimen plants, because that is where they are seen. Everything deeper into the floorplate is chosen for how little light it can live on.

Typical scale

Any size

Every job is quoted after a site visit. There is no price list for this work — the cost follows the site, the access and the planting.

What the work involves

How this work runs

Entrance and reception specimens

One large, well-grown plant in a good container, rather than several small ones.

Low-light interior planting

Species that genuinely tolerate a desk away from a window, not ones that merely survive a month there.

Contract maintenance

Scheduled visits, feeding, and replacement of anything that fails, invoiced monthly.

Replacement cover

Anything that dies under our maintenance contract is replaced at our cost.

The commonest mistake

Signing a planting job with no maintenance. Interior plants in an office are a service, not a purchase.

Six stages, every job

You sign off at each one. Nothing is planted before the drawing is agreed.

  1. 01

    Site visit

We come and look. Aspect, soil, drainage, existing trees, what the neighbours’ walls do to the light, and what you actually want to use the space for.

  2. 02

    Plan and quote

A planting plan with species and quantities, and an itemised cost covering plants, materials, labour and delivery. Nothing is ordered until you have agreed it.

  3. 03

    Ground works

Levelling, drainage, bed construction, irrigation lines and hard landscaping. The unglamorous half, and the half that decides whether the garden survives.

  4. 04

    Planting

Stock comes straight from our nursery, so it is not sitting on a lorry for a week first. Planted, staked, mulched and watered in by our own team.

  5. 05

    Handover

A written care schedule for everything planted, and a walk-through so you know what needs doing and when.

  6. 06

    Aftercare

A follow-up visit at one month and three months is included. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.
